I decided that with summer just around the corner, perhaps A. needed some swim goggles. What better place to try them out but the bathtub! She never seemed brave enough to put her eyes under the water. I showed her that i could dump water on her head and it wouldn't get in her eyes, but she wasn't ready to take the risk.
You can tell by the red marks that they may have been a little too tight.
In our town, we have an annual Run/Walk which used to be a fundraiser for the church and since has become the fundraiser for the youth group. What frustrates me is this responsibility is mainly my husbands. This year a committee took care of a lot of stuff so I hope that will be the case next year as well. At least running something the second year is easier than the first!
Here is her friend. They are about the same age and love to play together when their parents hang out!
On our walk home from the parade, we saw a crane in the stream. My pictures are not perfect- but you can definitely see him. I usually see a pair.
