Sunday morning I woke up and realized there was no way and it would be unsafe for me to be in the kitchen working with food. My amazing parents said, "Sure, we will be in charge of the kitchen and the breakfast!" Thankfully others were in there to help, but I felt bad that for once they could enjoy a service without having to be involved, and yet they ended up having to help. The service and breakfast was a success and I was just sad I was unable to enjoy my favorite Sunday morning of the year! Here are some pictures my parents took of A. on Easter morning.

EASTER
It was great that Grandma and Grandpa came to Wisconsin for Easter. They came up Thursday night just in time to watch their daughter be Mary Magdalene in the Maundy Thursday skit. On Friday we just ran some errands, set up the church for the Sunrise Service (Andy was in charge of the service, I volunteered to be in charge of the breakfast). We decided to have our big Easter meal on Friday night. I reasoned that Sunday is already plenty stressful and I wanted my parents t oble to get on the road at a decent time after church on Sunday since they have an 8 hour drive. Saturday we went to the Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan and then I started feeling sick.

(I bought her dress at a garage sale- it looks like a flower girl dress!)
