Baking

With my husband out of town chaperoning the Wisconsin State Wrestling Tournament (Our school now has a state champion by the way!), I was busy in the kitchen making goodies for neighbors and ME. Check out my other blog: http://baker0717.blogspot.com to see my easy chicken bundles, baklava, and donuts! (Please note that no recipes are originals- Im just sharing recipes I use!)

Saturday we had two of A.'s friends over to play. I look forward to the day when she can play nicely- not stealing toys, hitting, fussing... She is obviously an only child. Supposedly she is very good at daycare- just shows her true self when Im with her! Here are a few pics of the fingerpainting. I have found that its fun to make "butterflies" where we just put paint on a half sheet of paper, and then fold the paper and press down- over and over it seems to create a butterfly-like shape!!! (Thank goodness the fingerpaint is easy to clean up- she ended the painting sesson by covering her face!)
