Ready for summer!!!

After dinner, A. insisted on putting her snowsuit on and playing outside with our neighbor girl (it was about 16 degrees out- where is spring???) Less than an hour later I had her in a swimsuit! We bought a new one today- and it is a bit big still, but she seems to like it.

One of our favorite games is to play "Knock Knock." (Whether it be opening her bedroom door or the closet door!) Sometimes she will come running to me and say, "Mommy, come Knock Knock my Door!" and then run off! She of course still enjoys the game of hide and seek! Her room used to have a dark sheet covering the blinds, but with the time change, the mornings aren't so bright. She really has figured out that she should be awake with sunshine (and therefore asleep when there is no sunshine!) Lately she also likes to play, "Mommy, Baby Game" This game involves me being the baby and A. being my mommy. During this game she Makes Lunch, Helps me go Night Night, and all kinds of things a mom would do. Its funny when I wake up from sleeping and play cry, she will rush over, hug me, and say "its okay, Baby!" Also, when we play night time, she will try to tell me, but I will say, "Dont want to sleep" She will point to the sky and say "no sunshine- Night Night Baby." I find it very interesting how she acts as a Mommy, assuming much of her influence is what I do for her. She is obsessed with this Mommy, Baby Game- and all things involving dolls!

Hello! Do you see me?

Later she decided to run around in circles calling out "Oo Oo Monkey." I had to laugh when I saw it because our seminary friends had a similar blog where their two children were running around in circles calling out "Holy, Holy, Holy, Holy!" Enjoy!

(Also, she weighed herself today and weighs 32 pounds. )
