The Refinery at Saddleback

The Refinery- the Youth Building at Saddle Back Church. Though this building looks old- its less than one year old! They have a skate park...
Part of the area where baptism occurs...

Wow! Talk about an amazing space built just for the youth. The Refinery was built less than a year ago and the detailing and planning amazes me. Their toilets are even interesting because you have to decide what type of flush you require based upon what you did in the toilet! What a way to conserve water! This was one of my first views when Andy picked me up at the airport. To feel the sunshine was a welcomed blessing!

The final night the planners of the conference decided to just have a praise and worship service. So often youth pastors do not get the opportunity to participate as they are often the ones leading and in charge of events and worship. Here we had to chance to just blend in- feel no fear about letting His spirit move and it was great. Their youth were part of a worship praise choir. Multiple students led songs by solos and it was very cool. I believe Andy said the sanctuary for the youth held 600?? Enjoy the video!
