Visit to Iowa

We were amazed to calculate that our 30 month old girl has been on 8 roundtrips + 1 oneway trip on a plane! The first few were hard getting through security with the stroller and baby gear, but easy on the plane. The next few were a bit easier, the trip to Vegas was a nightmare, but this most recent plane trip could actually be defined by the word, "Enjoyable." While waiting for the airplane, we had fun with the play area.
Milwaukee's play area- perfect for toddlers! Then we discovered it was fun to watch the planes take off on the runway. Finally we were able to experience TakeOff! Mommy and A. recreated Little Einsteins where we "pat, pat, pat" so the rocket takes off. Then we lifted our arms and said "Fly, Fly, Fly!!" She was Oh so excited!!! She was just as thrilled to see Nana and Papa. Though our trip was not under the most joyous conditions, it was so wonderful to be able to spend time with family and meet people A. had never met. She had a lot of fun playing with all her second cousins. I have also included an adorable picture of A. walking in the airport with Grandma and Grandpa (notice she is sock-footed so getting through security would be easier!)
