Sunday School time!

Today was the first day of Sunday School! Now that A. is 3 she gets to participate in Sunday School. Andy and I teach the freshman Sunday School class. (I really should say he teaches and I just sort of assist??). Anyway, it will be so nice knowing that she is gaining something during that time instead of just sitting in the nursery! Here she is showing off what room she will be in.

Here she is sitting at the tableHere is a picture with Mom and Dad after the Sunday School time. I did take a picture of the whole class but am always hesitant to post pictures not knowing if other parents are okay with it. The class has 10 students- 4 girls and 6 boys. Most likely this will not be the class she actually attends school with as we will probably have her attend 4K as a 5 year old and Kindergarten as a 6 year old. We'll see.
Today they did the story from Luke Ch 5 about the man who could not walk so his friends lowered him down from the ceiling and Jesus healed him. She even had a small mat and a small hand-puppet. I am just so excited for her to be in more formal settings and it seemed she did very well today!
Thursday is the first day of dance lessons... I will definitely post on Thursday or Friday with pictures!
